BRAND DESIGN FOR MY COMFORT

Catherine founder of MyComfort is dedicated to bringing relief and hope to those impacted by migraines and similar conditions. Our mission is to foster a community that supports each other and the planet.

The brief

As a migraine sufferer, Catherine knows from personal experience that relief often depends on thoughtful design. She needed a brand identity that could elegantly support her range of therapeutic eye masks—products crafted to soothe sensitivity, block light, and bring comfort in moments of acute pain. Packaging was a key focus: it had to protect and elevate the eye masks while reflecting the brand’s calming philosophy. Guided by feelings of serenity and care, the visual identity needed to feel gentle, trustworthy, and restorative—communicating both the functional benefits and the personal empathy behind every MyComfort product.

DESIGN SOLUTION

BRAND STORY

 

The MyComfort visual identity was carefully crafted to reflect both the soothing nature of the product and the lived experience behind it. The logo features softly rounded letterforms that appear to support each other, subtly symbolising care, connection, and gentle relief—much like the brand’s eye masks. A flowing wave line moves through the packaging and appears in one version of the logo, representing the undulating, often unpredictable wave of a migraine, while also evoking calm and motion. Visual elements like closed eyes and soft, cloud backgrounds create an atmosphere of rest and serenity.

The colour palette—a calming blend of teal, lavender, and soft yellow—was chosen for its therapeutic qualities: teal brings balance and clarity, lavender evokes relaxation, and yellow adds a gentle warmth and optimism. Together, these elements form a brand world that feels quiet, intentional, and deeply empathetic—mirroring the kind of comfort MyComfort aims to deliver.
